For jewellery and watches under 3 months old, we can replace the items on a case to case basis. Please consult with Alex via Slack and provide the ticket number, order number, and photos if available.
For purchases over 3 months old, reply to customer with the email below and submit ticket as 'Solved'.

While ThePeachBox products are designed with the highest quality in mind, please note that they are still plated jewellery and may experience fading overtime.
How fast the plating fades would depend on how the jewellery are used and stored and whether they are exposed to liquids, perfumes, sweat, and moisture. While we understand your disappointment, I’m afraid we can only replace items within a reasonable time frame.
