What do I do if the item I have received is faulty?

For any quality issues with our products, we will replace the faulty product.  

Please contact us at info@thepeachbox.com immediately (and within 14 days of delivery) if you have received a faulty item from us and include a: 

  • Description of the fault
  • Image / video of the faulty part of the product
  • Order No.
