For sizing issues or change of mind, we do not provide money back refunds, but can provide you with store credit for the item(s) so you can choose the right piece! Please note: Store credit will be equal to the original purchase price of the item being exchanged.
Item(s) need to be returned within 14 days, and must be unworn and in the original gift box and packaging. For watches, the pin that starts the battery must still be in place.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings!
Returns Process
1. Email info@thepeachbox.com to let us know you’d like to exchange your item(s).
- Please provide your order number, and the items you are returning
2. Include your original packing invoice/slip and send your item(s) to the address we provide you.
3. Email us the tracking number of the returned items you have posted
4. Once we receive your returned item(s), we process it within 5 business days
5. All returns will be processed for store credit, for which you are then able to pick another piece. You'll receive an email from us with details of the store credit.
